Do I have to give a phone number?
The form asks for a WhatsApp number because that is where QA Owner replies. If you would rather not share one, write to lagoon-qa@palmera.realestate instead.
Which country code should I use?
Use the code of the country where your WhatsApp number is registered, for example +44 for the United Kingdom, followed by the number.
Can I ask about one specific project?
Yes. Name the project in your email, or open its page from the projects list and use the form on that page. QA Owner will reply with what the catalogue says about it.
Where do the prices on the site come from?
From the live catalogue, each time a page opens. A project’s own page is always the current reference for price, payment plan and handover.
