What do off-plan, under construction and ready mean?
Off-plan means the project has been launched and the building is yet to rise. Under construction means building work is under way. Ready means the building is finished. Every project page states its stage and its handover.
What can I learn about a project before I enquire?
Each project page describes the building, lists its residence types with sizes, sets out the payment plan, shows the area with drive times, introduces the developer and carries the photographs.
